Introducing the Doing Better Work Together gathering.

We’re excited to introduce the Doing Better Work Together online gathering. For 4 days, from November 29th - December 2nd 2022 (AEDT) we will be running online sessions across all timezones.

This will be a unique opportunity to learn from and connect with innovators and practitioners from across the world, exploring ways of transforming how we work together.

The gathering expands the work started with Enspiral’s Better Work Together book project in 2019. An awesome (growing!) list of organisations and speakers are supporting the event and it’s shaping up to be a fun and full week of action.

Why come along?

Regardless of what you are working on, If you’re interested in creating high trust, high agency, collaborative, innovative teams and organisations, you’ll find plenty of inspiring examples, things to learn and people to connect with.

What to expect

Pick and choose your way through the sessions that excite you most, engage on your own time with recordings, an online resource hub and connections directory. We’ll be running speaker sessions, workshops, practice labs and connection spaces across all timezones over 4 days.

Bring your team / pod / learning circle / crew and engage in the event as a squad with prompts and ideas to make the most of the event and content together. Extend from zoom into the real world with self organise local meetups and viewing parties.

Expect inspiring speakers and talks, practical interactive workshops, plenty of chances to connect with new friends and collaborators and learn by doing with live and asynchronous experiments.
